มหาวิทยาลัยวูลลองกองแบ่งภาคการเรียนการสอนเป็น 2 แบบ คือ แบบ Session และ Intake |

ภาคการศึกษา แบบ Session แบ่งออกเป็น 3 Sessions คือ Autumn , Spring และ Summer โดย Autumn session จะเริ่มประมาณ กลางเดือน กุมภาพันธ์ ของทุกปี ส่วน Spring session จะเริ่มประมาณกลางเดือน กรกฎาคม ของทุกปี และ Summer session จะเริ่มประมาณ ปลายเดือน พฤศจิกายน หรือประมาณต้นเดือนธันวาคม ของทุกปี |

หมายเหตุ : นักศึกษาใหม่ที่ต้องการสมัครเรียน จะสามารถสมัครเรียนได้แค่ 2 เทอมเท่านั้น คือ Autumn และ Spring |
